Initial Consultation

The starting point for your personalised plan.

This relaxed, 60-minute online consultation focuses on getting to know you, and understanding what you’d like to achieve.

You’ll complete a questionnaire in advance (or we can complete it together during the consultation).

You’ll also have the option of completing a food diary either, before or after the consultation. This helps me build a picture of your eating habits so I can identify practical, sustainable ways to support you.

I'll send you a summary of our discussion with tailored recommendations to help you take the first steps.

This initial consultation is available with all plans.
Follow-up Consultation(s)

Depending on your plan, one or more 45-minute online follow-up consultations will provide ongoing guidance and support as you put your plan into action.

Together, we’ll review your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and set clear next steps.

One or more follow-up consultations are available with Plan 2 (x1), Plan 3 (x4), and Plan 4 (x6).
