This relaxed, one-hour online consultation focuses on getting to know you, and understanding what you’d like to achieve.​

You’ll complete a questionnaire in advance (or we can complete it together during the consultation).​

You’ll also have the option of completing a three-day food diary either, before or after the consultation. This helps me build a picture of your eating habits so I can identify practical, sustainable ways to support you.​

Follow-up Consultations​​​

After your initali consultation, regular follow-up consultations are recommended to provide ongoing guidance and support as you put your plan into action.

Together, we’ll review your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and set clear next steps.

We can also explore practical topics such as meal planning and reading food labels, and stocking your cupboard and freezer with the right essentials — all designed to make healthy eating simpler and more achievable day-to-day.
