Service Description
A hands on Thai cooking workshop at my home in Brockham, Surrey. Hainanese Chicken Rice Poached chicken served with fragrant rice, ginger sauces and a light broth. Aubergine Salad with Minced Pork Soft grilled aubergine mixed with minced pork, herbs and a sharp dressing. Stir-Fried Clams with Chilli and Sweet Basil Juicy clams stir-fried in a rich chilli paste with aromatic basil.
